Pleasant, professional Explain procedure and results Well pleased overall.
Updating my review: still the best ENT we have seen! My son's usually pretty scared of doctors but has never had a single problem with Dr. Plautz. Friendly, knowledgeable, and his staff are the sweetest! Absolutely fantastic with my son and did a wonderful job with his ear surgery.
Michael Plautz himself is a awesome doctor and he he has amazing ladies in the back but as far as the front office aka receptionist and office manager not so much nor am I impressed one was rude and snapped at me and the other just really didn't care about my feelings or concerns and I truly doubt anything will be said or done once hanging up because she was rushing me off the phone and you could tell there was absolutely NO interest if I didn't like the doctor as much as I do I wouldn't EVER go back but the NEXT time this h... read more
Receptionist was very rude! I came in to drop off my referral since the audiologist I go to doesn’t fax. I got the okay from the downstairs security guard who gave me wonderful directions on how to get there. She had the nerve to ask “you know the hospital is under strict visitation right? You can’t just walk into an office.” This floored me! If the security guard said it was fine that I got up, why are you pitching a fit?
Dr Michael Plautz, MD is great. Front desk and office manager very difficult to work with.
