Legitimately IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone and make an appointment. Won’t call you back when calls are dropped. I keep getting automated calls to make an appointment yet they don’t EVER answer the phone. I’ve left voicemails and they will hang up randomly when they call you back. I’ve been trying to schedule my check up for months. I worked as an exercise physiologist in the cardiac rehab dept. The staff there lack fundamental knowledge necessary to make rehabilitation safe as well optimizing patient progress. There is also no oversight of a provider that ensures safety of exercise therapy for the patients. I highly recommend going to UVA where they have specialist or to a physical therapist who has the expertise to optimize cardiac and pulmonary rehab for patients.

If you want to be ignored, put through surgeries you don’t need or want, and ultimately killed because they don’t care about you, then this is the place for you.
They were mostly good a few years ago. Especially good was one N.P. who is no longer there. Now they don't return my calls. As this trend continues, I intend to lower my rating to a two, then a one.
