Dr Politano provided me with excellent care. She even called me personally to check how I was after my surgeries. Never had a doctor do that ... All the care from the staff here was first rate also. Very grateful to this facility and especially to Dr. Politano. Sincerely, Christopher Bella
Right up there with one of the worst customer service experiences ever! To set up my first appointment, a referral was needed. My insurance did not pay for one of my visits because they did not have a referral. So, this office is too lazy to connect with my insurance to send over the referral and clear up the nonsense of only one visit not being covered when the rest of them were. I would recommend just going to UVA for any treatment especially if it's very serious I have been struggling with constant type 3 hypertension triggered by movement in the slightest I have been seeking help for about a year now for this issue that has constantly gotten worse due to my health worsening I've lost my job and home with my doctor doing the absolute bare minimum and even a year later they show no interest in my situation and treat me like I am a issue for asking them to listen to me and give me tests that are accu... read more
Appearantly there is a shortage of resources. Waiting a month for a 24hr Blood pressure monitor . Scheduler stated that they only schedule 2 days a week,have hundreds of orders and not very many monitors. When asked about a cancelation list she stated they don't have one, if someone cancels the moniter goes to an inpatient. WHAAAT???
