Called to make an appt. for my adult son who is experiencing an issue with a tooth. Instead got a judgemental lecture from a condescending office staff member about how an adult should be making their own appts. I explained that my son works the same hours that the dentist offices are open and cannot do the legwork of calling around to dentists. She said he should call on his break. I haven’t been to a dentist in close to a decade and my teeth were in need of some help along with a treatment plan for my wisdom teeth that have been bothering me. From the moment I called to the day of my initial exam I’ve experienced nothing but the most friendly, professional and welcoming staff! Cathy was very personable and reassured me that with a few cleanings we can get my teeth back on track. I have to say Dr.Logan is by far one of the most gentle dentist I have ever seen. He listens, and gives options, options that are not alway in his best interest but that of us “ The Patient”.
