Very difficult to get anyone on the phone, Washington Road location has much better patient care. “Being busy” is not an excuse I would like to hear.
Very good friendly people. Awesome experience, and the family dentist does very nice work.
I can't say enough positive about EVERYONE at this office. Kind, gentle, personable. From the minute you walk in and see Sandra to check in, to all the friendly faces, even patients wish you a good day! My daughter and I have BOTH, had extensive dental work. The worst dental appointment I’ve ever had. I arrived for the first appointment of the day and still waited 25 minutes to be seen. My blood pressure was taken with a cheap over‑the‑counter cuff, not by a nurse and not with calibrated medical equipment. I was then told by the dental hygienist that my blood pressure was “too high” for a routine cleaning.
