I have been trying to get thru to this office for three days to schedule an appointment. Today I thought no matter what I am staying on the line until I get thru. I started off as 6th in line, 45 mins later I finally made it to 1st in line then after 5 mins of still waiting I was disconnected. I phoned back and went to the bottom of the que, 8th in line.
