Just visited Dr Daffodil Joseph Anton today and she was nothing short of fantastic. She is an incredibly professional, understanding and personable doctor, I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good GP or women's health doctor.
All staff friendly and approachable in person and via phone with the exception of one. This reception staff member should not be in the job. Patients contact health facilities because they need access to medically trained staff for various CONFIDENTIAL matters and not a rude receptionist. We all know who you are - maybe you should retire - been in the job too long!!!
I attended this practice for the first time and was very pleased with both the reception staff and the doctor I saw.
