xxxxx 2 desperate travelers called at Augusta Caravans with our problems, a air con unit hanging from the ceiling in one van and a diesel heater not working the other. A long way from home, a still a long way to go. Despite being busy Shannon listened to our situation and came out to the caravan park the next morning and fixed both problems. And also siliconed/sealed a split in the wheel arch of one of the vans. Great service, price and bloke. Many thanks Shannon, much appreciated. Alan & Michael

One of the best if not the best in Australia so helpful broke down with a coupler axles I got us back within the day these people are awesome I can't thank them enough if you got a problem guarantee these people to be first point of call and the only pointer call lovely people as well never experienced the highest service in any companies Augusta caravan and campers are the best in Australia
