Dropped in today to have some minor repairs done to my off road Jayco caravan spoke to Jodie who referred me to Simon & Simon fixed everything I needed fixing immediately and he was a great bloke & nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this company and their rates are more than reasonable.
Excellent business. Called from Flinders ranges that my water pump in caravan broke down, they said come over tomorrow and we will look at it. Next morning they diagnosed the problem, replaced the pump and an hour later I was back on the road if nothing ever happened. Super friendly people, great service! Bathroom mixer Tap started leaking heavily, Rang Augusta Caravan and Campers, explained our problem and that we were half an hour outside PA. They said bring it on in and we'll have a look. Access to remove mixer was difficult, but they persisted and found it was the mixer that was the problem (not broken lines). Replaced with new and all good. Could not speak highly enough of Shannon and his team! My HWS was shorting out my van and so after calling him first thing in the morning, his receptionist said to just call in as we drove past and Shannon would have a look, which he did as soon as we arrived, diagnosed it as needing a new thermostat, and he arranged to have one delivered from Adelaide first thing the next morning… Left my van at 8am and we were on the road just after 10am with HWS working perfectly!
