First bay coin got stuck & the is no return button moved to third bay no soap in wash mode... contacted manager via mobile number on wall no answer, left sms no reply... pathetic.. after well over a month I get intermittent sms saying come back he will put $10 through... we are travelling which I told him at the beginning, we are over 1,000klms from there now (different state) he then said contact my bank to see if they would reverse the money.... um I said I paid cash.. just another fob off from a company that does not care... read more
Payment machine automatically took payment for another 30 minutes, defaulting from initial wash period paymet when all I wanted was an extra 5 minutes to rinse.

Bring coins. The change machine took $20 from and didn't dispense coins. Tried the managers number that's posted directly over the change machine (4 times) for no response. Shonky.
