Rude appointment desk! How rude the appointment desk was this morning. Not a great first impression when the appointment desk person lets out an audible sigh while you're trying to answer her question, then proceeds to interrupt you twice. She needs a job where she doesn't have to interact with people who are just trying to be friendly.
Easy to locate office & clean offices. The wait time for a 9:30 appointment was over a hour. I asked the receptionist at 10 am how late they were running and she commented “30 min” i said well that’s obvious as it’s 30 past my appointment already but do you know how much later as I have my own clients at my office with appointments to see too. I was refused medication when I come in for a dislocated shoulder and a fracture in my shoulder I am supposed to get some kind of inflammatory medicine at minimum they refused to give me anything this is called malpractice if I don't get a call by tomorrow this will be going to my lawyer
