I was refused medication when I come in for a dislocated shoulder and a fracture in my shoulder I am supposed to get some kind of inflammatory medicine at minimum they refused to give me anything this is called malpractice if I don't get a call by tomorrow this will be going to my lawyer

Walked into the August Aiken Orthopedic facility on University parkway at approximately 10:00 A.M., signed in, and paid copay. I was referred there by my primary care provider, Dr. Thomas McCullough from upstairs. Waited 2 full hours and still was not on the radar to be seen. Asked the receptionist 3 times what the problem was. The room had completely cleared all patients twice. Attempted to make an appointment and that option was not available for "walk-ins".
