Ordered 2 fireplaces and 2 grill from them. One fireplace still needs to be fixed because the air intake doesn't seem to work. This fireplace was installed in a new construction.Upon installing the bolt that holds the guillotine door during transport was not removed so the door would not come down. Meanwhile the contractor had framed and boarded the surroundings of the fireplace. The 4 side openings for ventilation had to be opened to install the registers and at that time there would be access inside the fireplace to remove... read more

Their new store on Whiting St in Hingham is gorgeous and is worth checking out as they have the most modern and realistic displays that I have seen.
