August Moon Spa in Ithaca is the Disneyland of the Southern Tier. I’ve been a client for almost two decades, and it continues to be my happy place. Grab your girlfriends, request a massage with Phoenix for yourself (with CBD oil and a sinus hot towel treatment like I had today), hole up in the waterfall relaxation room before your treatment and the sauna after, and let the world slide off you at this nirvanaian retreat from life!
My husband and I did a last minute trip and stumbled upon this after breakfast and were able to book a couples massage on the spot. The girls doing our massages were super nice and very knowledgeable. We loved the Japanese decor and will definitely return

Such a great experience! 3’4 hours for the Renewal Treatment and SO worth it. I felt like liquid when it was all over. And then decided to go back today for some reflexology - I feel so wonderful and well rested. Thank you all for a great birthday!!
