I used to like this place just because of the owner was very nice and when I had short hear he suggested options ,I really like one of the ladies there because she was so gentle when she touched my head when though the hair that they did never lasted long I was so loyal to them that I still came back ,last year I did crochet that did not even last a week,this other lady that did was on the phone didn’t seem to wanna be there which made me cringe but it was Christmas season I get that ,but my last throw was last time that I w... read more
If I can give it no stars I would… Got a wig install a week ago, a day or two after the wig literally fell off my head while taking a sweater off. When I called and informed them they asked if I got it sewed in on top of the glue, I mentioned I have not. He said he can do it for me but then I informed him as well the wig has literal holes under the scalp area. It was not glued down properly etc. Then afterwards I made the decision to just ask for the installation money back - but as soon as those words came out my mouth on t... read more
