I had the pleasure of meeting Joe 16 years ago when he was the listing agent on a condo that I purchased. My agent at the time was not knowledgeable or helpful and Joe, even though he worked for the condo complex was very helpful fair and kind. Joseph McCarthy is one of the best brokers I have ever worked with. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have a two month and home and he made my life so easy by ensuring to think of all the details, big or small when it came to negotiating and purchasing my home. I met Mr. Joseph McCarthy through my father, since he was helping him get the house. There are a million variables to contend with when buying a home for the first time. Joe and Milton made the process actually possible and helped me with plenty of non related issues out of good will. This group has integrity and will be using them again if ever necessary.
