We rented a property with Augsburg Investments, and we really wish we had found a better place, especially for what they charged. The house and property were nice, if you don't include windows leaking into the house, having to get a maintenance man out there for everything, broken glass and MANY other dangerous items on the property, including rusted saw blades. PLEASE, just listen to me. Do NOT, use Augsburg Investments. Do yourself a favor, and avoid them entirely. The homes they offer are crap, even the ones that looked perfect. The houses are overpriced, especially for what they are. The property was obviously neglected/ignored, because I found broken glass, saw blades, boards with nails in them, and more, in the yard. They have recently purchased my apartment complex. They are completely incompetent and awful at communicating. This is the second time that they have let someone come into our apartment without my knowledge. They are doing no repairs or renovations and are never available to talk to.

is there a score lower than zero? This company purchased my apartment complex recently and I am not impressed. The property managers are NEVER on site; maintenance is nowhere to be found. I have a wiring issue in my apartment that could lead to a fire and nothing has been done; not even an email follow up or a phone call. I am infuriated beyond words and about to call the Housing Authority and the Fire Marshall if something is not done.

They are slumlords like everyone says. Will lie and harass residents to make them compliant and pay fees. Will also try to blame your children for repairs Georgia law requires them to make. Very discriminatory. Document everything and turn them into housing authority if you are discriminated against! It's free and it keeps unethical businesses from harassing hard working families! Can't believe the owner sleeps at night exploiting people over a basic necessity.
