We rented a property with Augsburg Investments, and we really wish we had found a better place, especially for what they charged. The house and property were nice, if you don't include windows leaking into the house, having to get a maintenance man out there for everything, broken glass and MANY other dangerous items on the property, including rusted saw blades. PLEASE, just listen to me. Do NOT, use Augsburg Investments. Do yourself a favor, and avoid them entirely. The homes they offer are crap, even the ones that looked perfect. The houses are overpriced, especially for what they are. The property was obviously neglected/ignored, because I found broken glass, saw blades, boards with nails in them, and more, in the yard.
