I’ve been there 3 times and all were very positive experiences. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When faults of my bikes condition were brought to my attention and fixed, my ride noticeably improved. . I would recommend Augment. The vibe is cool It feels like a motorcyclists motorcycle shop.
Fast and detailed service. Got a pre-inspection done to point out what was needed to pass a safety inspection.

This place leaves me baffled. Had a great experience with some tire re-lacing for my vintage Honda and felt comfortable dropping off a cylinder head and new pistons for some boring and honing. Out of the blue, communication just stopped. No returned calls or emails. Just nothing. To date, there has been no follow up since March 21st, 2025. And God only knows where my stuff is.
This is my best experience on the realm of biking in 25 years of Canada! Thank you guys for helping me when I needed it most! I want to value the modesty and the professionalism of these guys. When I was in sure struts with my bike, when big shots (example VOS) did not look at me, these guys have me a hand and helped me to go ride again. Plus, they did not read me off! But I know we will meet again some sunny days! Jeep smiling through! A positive thought from a Romanian guy who's only country is Canada, despite all odds!
