This place is absolutely amazing!! The saunas and cold plunges are the best for recovery after a good workout. Chase goes above and beyond and she’s a great team member. I highly recommend Augment Wellness!
Emma and the staff out Augment are at the top of the game! Their facility is amazing. From cold plunges to hyperbaric chambers to laser therapy, they have what you need to get you in tip top shape. The staff is friendly, knowlegeable, and happy to help with the equipment!
Chase was lovely and took great care of me for a very relaxing experience. She kept perfect pacing and checked on me regularly. Augment is a convenient, super clean studio with friendly, helpful staff and a variety of wellness and recovery options.
