Chase was amazing. This was my first time doing a cold plunge and sauna. She talked me through everything. The compression station was very relaxing. At the very end I felt amazing. Would definitely return.

I’m really happy I found Augment and have been coming here for so long already. It became such an important part of my health and recovery routine. You can really see how much care they put into this place. They are always improving something: new equipment, mirrors, towels, slippers, little details that make experience better every time. The staff is always kind, welcoming and friendly. Esther meets me in the morning and she is fabulous and very knowledgeable. I was new to cold plunge and she talks me through the breathing. I slept 9 hours after my first one! I'll keep monitoring my improvements!
