Never again will i go to this restaurant! The service was really bad and i went with a party of 20. If i could give this restaurant a zero , i would!

My first time going to this restaurant and it was a horrible experience ! I was there with a party of 20 plus and the place wasn’t busy at all( just us at the restaurant ) !! We was there at 12:30 p.m and didn’t receive our food until 2 1/2 hours later( almost 3 hours). We never receive refills on our drinks and the first soda I received was flat. I had my birthday party here last night. It's a small room with not enough seating for the guest. No one offered to bring in any.more chairs. The food is awful!! The finger sandwiches were probably the best thing on the buffet, but I wouldn't know since they only brought out a small tray and never replenished any. We met with Augie weeks before to make some substitutions to the menu such as swapping the most disgusting, so called jambalaya to gumbo, but that did not happen. Walked in for a birthday party. Place looked nice. When food came out. Was horrible.. tasted like store bought. Very bland. The cheapest thing was sandwichs, only had one kind and a very small platter they never replenished. So most guest did not even get a sandwich
