Worst experience ever. Absolute zero accountability and terrible attitude. I brought in a brand-new, unpainted bumper part to be sprayed. When I picked it up, there were pea-sized spots on the surface where the paint completely failed to adhere, exposing the raw plastic underneath. This is a textbook prep-work failure (poor degreasing/cleaning before shooting the paint), NOT a defect of the part itself. Joe at Augie's does his best to help customers to navigate the labyrinth created by insurance companies to write off their cars and turn $5000.00 of damage into a 25,000.00 replacement. If you have an older car that is otherwise still in good condition (and the damage doesn't compromise the cars structural integrity), I recommend Augies.
