I've known Joe for about 20 years and he never fails to disappoint in his honesty, knowledge, compassion, perfectionism and professionalism. He can prepare a Preliminary Estimate in his sleep. In the past, I've always had small no fault accidents but I outdid myself this year and had an at fault accident over $7,000. Called to see how much they would charge to install my new rear diffuser and they said they don't do that type of work. Body shop for what? I do not recommend this place 👎. Edit (after owners reply on Sept 22, 2025): Apology not accepted. If it will take double the time to instal then it will take double and you would be charging me according to your hourly rate. It’s so rare to find a place that puts people first, but Augie’s really does. I left feeling so relieved and grateful, and I’ll definitely be going back here for any future repairs. Highly recommend them!
