Augie stayed on top of my very hectic insurance claim and was an amazing communicator through it all. My giant gash ended up in tip top shape. My Lexus looks brand new! He even cleaned it for me and fixed my windshield wiper which had also broken. Amazing customer service and a very dear man. Thanks so much Augie.
