The Service team, especially Josh is great. He was able to help me resolve an issue that the VW Online Customer Care Team and the VW 24/7 Roadside assistance team was unable to resolve. Within a week, Josh was able to help me schedule and appointment and was able to identify and resolve the issue. The VW Online Customer Care Team and 24/7 Roadside assistance team took over 1 month and were still confused as to who should and how they should resolve my car connectivity issues with their online services.
Had an appointment and they didn’t take a look at my car for a day and a half then gave me a half answer what was wrong. What’s the point of having appointment if they don’t look at my car until the next day? When calling to ask for an update on my car, they said they would call me back. Two hours goes by and I called back and it says their office is closed. The price of a diagnostic test was $50 higher than what was quoted over the phone. I do not recommend you getting your car looked at here
