I paid for my car wash, pull up and sit for about 10 minutes for them to finally state that the car wash is broken and then provided a card saying contact this person for a refund or free car wash.
Auffenberg was by far the worst car wash ... my car was much dirtier AFTER I got the car "washed" here. More spots, more dirt, and more streaks than before I went through. Waste of money and time.
Need a family plan, but won’t dock the rating. Quality wash, best vacuums, free air, and good staff who always set out towels and spray.
