I would rate as "ZERO" but that is not an option. In January, the car wash started charging me twice. I called and was told to bring in my bank statement showing the charges. I brought in my bank statement, but to date nothing has been done. I was again charged twice in February. I was charged $29.99 on BOTH January and February 17th, and 19.99 on BOTH January and February 18th. I was receiving the Bronze wash, so at this point I am due a refund of $59.98. Easy to use car wash with reasonable prices! Got all the salt off my car and did a great job. The kids always like the bibles and colored lights, and I like how easy it is as well as how clean my car is after.
