I just moved to a one bedroom apartment, all the process was smooth and quick. The exterior of the building needs cleaning, not a good look when coming in. There was an smoke alarm beeping during the first night and a cockroach in the bathroom, not a great start. I am willing to wait and update my review based on the management response to these issues. We had an extremely disappointing experience at Audubon Village Apartments. From the moment we moved in, the unit was infested with fleas. Although the issue was eventually taken care of, it left a very unpleasant taste in our mouths. To make matters worse, there was mold in the bathroom, which we also reported. Management failed to take any meaningful action to fix the problem. It’s clear that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority here. We would not recommend this property to anyone.
