I could give zero stars, I would. These apartments are absurdly overpriced for what you actually get, old, run-down units that are barely livable. Mold, dust, and even termites are part of the package here. I had a serious issue with black mold in my unit, and management completely refused to address it. I had to contact code enforcement just to get someone to take the problem seriously. I would advise caution regarding this rental property. My friend resided here for years and experienced numerous issues during her tenancy. After moving out, she ensured the apartment was left in pristine condition and had the apartment cleaned professionally (photos attached as proof), yet the management has failed to return her security deposit due to “cleaning” . I'm been here for 5 months and my experience has been very positive. After viewing about 5 apartments, with another viewing scheduled after Audubon Village... I decided to come here, upon Michael being so courteous, respectful, pleasure to speak to, showed me the complex at nice pace. I’ve lived here for a couple months and have load of issues with maintenance. The gasket on my fridge wasn’t sealing it took them months to come fix it and we lost countless food items. When they decided to come fix it they completely shut my fridge and freezer off and didn’t turn it back on. I lost over 300 dollars of groceries due to their negligence.
