Took my dog in for a examination the lady looked at my dog for less than 5 Seconds look at the lump on his leg said she had to take him back to aspirated at the cost of $21 on top of the original visit that was also supposed to cut nails lady told me the person that does that isn't there didn't offer a lower price or anyting 2 Days Later I remove my dog's collar to find a grapefruit sized lump that the vet missed on his neck called them they told me to make another appointment while I was waiting for the appointment the woun... read more
I LOVE this place....reasonable and so caring. I just wish they had a website to get a message to them about a cancellation when your appt is first thing Monday Morning, and they are closed Sunday. There is no way to leave a message on their phone and no way to send an email. They need to have some sort of communication.
Brought my dog into clinic Wednesday nite. Recp insisted dog needed exam before renewing script...now at 6 months review Recp was indifferent...not interested... Loud voice...all but rude...Dr Moore was not aware of dogs condition even though appt was made days in advance..and chart notes had been transferred a year ago....so sad to be greeted this way...and dog had been seen Before....WHUT!!!
Two dogs and 17 years with Dr Mike Moore. He is the greatest! Now I am on dog #3 and into our 18th year. Why would I ever change? I won't.... ever. Love Audubon vet. They take great care of all of my dogs. I had a Korean Jindo that had a swollen disc after previously having surgery and I made an appointment to put him down. Instead of finalizing that appointment, they convinced me to bring him in and get him checked out. Dr. Wachtel prescribed prednisone and it was helping but ultimately after 3-4 months we put him down and Dr. Moore did the procedure. We love Dr. Moore! – We take all of our animals here and the service is fantastic. All of the staff is so caring and kind. Two of our pets have had serious medical issues and were so well taken care of at this clinic. I couldn't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.
Great Place – I've taken my lab here for as long as we've had her, since she was a 6 week old pup. They have been professional, friendly, and prompt. I've never had any problems, and they are well priced. They spayed my dog and I didn't have any problems. They were able to give great recommendations for a kennel for the holidays, a time when most kennels were full. My dog is a huge dog, 65 lbs. at 6 months, and they are great with her.
