I lived in Audubon Trace for exactly six years. The last two years were truly miserable. The Board of Directors and Property Manager rule the roost. These are the facts: in six years my dues increased by $60.00 a month and I paid $7,000.00 in assessments. The $5,000.00 was paid in March 2022 for a new roof and the $2,000.00 was for insurance increase in August of 2023.
