This has been one of the best GYN clinics I have ever been to. It was clean. The staff greeted me kindly. The front desk staff were friendly, they were also informative and moved pretty fast. In fact all the employees that served me were really fast and professional. My Dr, ( Handelman, Michele) was so friendly, informative, and quick. Made me feel comfortable, and relaxed. 0/0 I have been going to this clinic for 4 years. Lately, this doctor (Sandra Infantino) is very rude, she doesn't listen to you, she contradicts you on everything, she thinks that because she is a doctor she knows everything that is happening in your body and she doesn't like to check you, for her everything is normal and everything is fine and that's why she took me to an emergency room.

The front desk receptionists are the most unprofessional employees I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The worst. They are so rude, act like you're bothering them when you're checking in/out etc asking questions, if you speak in English to them they get annoyed, they Commit HIPPA violations by airing your business out in front of everyone etc. They are the first people you see and yet they don't greet you, acknowledge you nor have any customer service skills. I had an appointment this past tuesday, there was a spanish older lady ( SUPER NICE 10/10) that took me through the doors & brought me to another lady that was checking the patients in. This lady had very short blonde hair, she wore glasses, & had fair complexion, she also had an accent (VERY RUDE 0/10) .
