Great staff, easy application process. Nice floor plan choices. Gated and secure. Love the amenities. Highly recommend.
I lived here for a year and didn’t really have many problems until TONIGHT. I had an emergency and needed maintenance immediately. It has been 2 hours and I still haven’t heard from anyone. How is something emergent if you can’t get anyone on the phone? You all need to be honest and say there is no emergency maintenance. Only routine. I’m so disappointed.
Mr. Wolf was extremely professional and attentive to my maintenance request. He addressed the issue I had promptly and took the time to ensure everything was properly secured and functioning correctly before leaving. His attention to detail and courteous manner were greatly appreciated. Excellent service.
