Dr. Wells has been with me through the beginning of my journey. From the very beginning, her office was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. I always felt like I was in great hands. My cousin was referred here. Esperanza or Esmeralda was a bit pushy on the phone. She explained that a $50 consult fee will turn into a $350 fee if insurance didn’t cover it. My cousin asked if she could run the insurance to prevent any surprises…she answered that’s not how it’s done and the line disconnected. Seems like a bit of a cattle call here.
