This place is unethical, avoid them. We were returning patients under fertility preservation due to cancer diagnosis at 22 which is usually covered by insurance or at least discounted. *** UPDATE*** and it gets worse... A representative from Audobon called to discuss our experience. She made it worse. She literally told us they were more concerned about getting in trouble with the state, than our care. To which i replied why didn't you communicate that with us. She kept apologizing for what they did wrong but offered no next steps, nothing to attempt to make us whole, just weak apologies with no back up. The entire call was a waste of time.
