I was informed via Registered letter from Dr Stephanie Vampola that I can no longer receive medical care from Audubon and Exira clinics due to inappropriate behavior. When I requested evidence of the alleged misbehaviors, I was informed by the hospital administrator that there was no actual physical evidence, merely the doctor's as well as he staff's word.....undocumented. I wouldn't give this place a star at all my doctor was awful she shared my results for my test with a police officer before I got them and when I had allergic reaction to medication they wouldn't even prescribe me something different because I had been too long ago I had been two weeks since they even give me my test results so I would never ever ever ever go to this back to this place again
Went to get a d.o.t. physical,office visit went ok. So I went to Harlan courthouse to give them my paperwork they would not accept it.The lady at courthouse laughed at it ,she was wondering why was more than one box checked,and a bunch of skribling on my paperwork. courthouse would not accept a fax, so after waiting and decussing the problem,I had to go back to Audubon to Dr. Vampolas office again so they could fix there mistake .
