I attempted to cancel my monthly pass in person at the garage on June 30, 2025. I handed in the keycard that day. Since then, I have continued to be charged monthly despite multiple emails to James Marzi (unanswered) and a phone call to the office. I have been told in person and over the phone that my message would be given to James and he would cancel my account. But I continue to be charged $165 every month since June despite my attempts. Absolutely maddening.

You will be "locked out" if you park after hours. Security will not help. Police will not help. No one will help. Word to the wise. If you can figure out a way to get inside the garage, the gate will raise and open after parking the ticket and you can. Be creative. You just gotta get in. Try every door and gate and you'll slip in.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. The hours were not posted to see how early they closed and we were locked out with ZERO way to contact anyone. The call button doesn’t work and the number posted on the wall is complete bs and doesn’t connect you to anyone. Never had such a miserable experience with a garage. We were lucky to find a random pedestrian an hour later who happened to have a membership access card but if you don’t have that then you are screwed!

insane experience. hours not clearly posted on the outside, and they closed super early for a saturday. We found another person also locked out of the garage while searching for a way in who also did not see signage with their hours. After trying their emergency number, we could not get through to anyone. We had to talk to 3 separate people at the parking garage next to it before getting them to send security to help us.
