I use the Audubon Y for weekend workouts. It's quiet. It's clean. People are respectful. The staff is great. There are enough machine and weights options to vary my workout. They offer a nice variety of classes. I like the Y because I also have location options. The big Y in Limerick has wonderful facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming.
Wow. This place doesn't have a lot going for it but it's conveniently located.
