The building and surroundings are safe and well kept. Maintenance is responsive and timely. Management is always pleasant and reachable and willing to assist, and keeps you informed and advised of whatever is going on. The indoor laundry room is a plus.
Nice place to live!
I've been a resident here at Audubon Arms for 4 years. I've been happy here. It's a peaceful, quiet , well kept building. Management is very helpful and personable. Kaitlyn is the building manager. She is very kind and considerate, she's been easy to talk to if I have a problem. Jim, who runs maintenance is very good. He's been quick to answer with any issue I've had.
I had lived in my previous apt for years before moving here to Audubon. It's only been a year, and I've been working more than anything, but I've no complaints so far. Sounds boring, I know. Perhaps next year or...20? I'll have a complaint.
Nice building, nice neighbors, nice community, and Kaitlyn and Jim are the absolute BEST office manager and maintenance around!
