How do I file a complaint against the grits program? Brenda The dispatch person became very belligerent on the phone with me She was practically yelling at me and said that grits can refuse to pick up people if they are not standing out in the rain. I was standing outside and the driver pulled off he refused to open the bus doors. Sent from my iPhone
Weatherization and energy conservation program is possibly the best in the US. Where needed upgrades can include new furnace, hot water heater, insulation, refrigerator, ventilation, smoke and carbon monoxide detector - they make homes safe and energy efficient. Wonderful program that helps folks stay in their own homes and off the rent rolls. GRITS paratransit is a wonderful transportation service at a very reasonable cost for folks in wheelchairs and walkers or who have disabilities or challenges. Wonderful people.
