RecommendedNot sure who the lady was yesterday but she was awesome. She truly is devoted to the animals. She had to come out and get our dog and then bring him back and stood out in the cold and talked with us for a good while. They were double booked but still took us in with no wait. Thank you for always taking us. Oh and sorry about the present that was left in your pocket by Casper. 🐶
Was visiting from out of town. Staying at the motel right up the street. Called Friday 6/14. Our dog was very sick. Thought he was dying. Was told they were booked. Explained we were from out of town and it was an emergency. Was put on hold. A few minutes later was again told they had no openings and couldn't see him. call 7:30 Saturday and they might fit him in around 10:30. never seen such poor service and disregard for an animals life. They have always been more than cooperative when I have had a problem and get me in the same day as I call.
Called on Saturday morning your office referee me to Bridgeport office left message for farm animals veterinary doctor to call back losses two baby goats because I got no response from your office nor was as I told no farm animal vet available so I could contact a different vet.no star rating from me
Tim has been very helpful, staff friendly & also helpful, one of the best vets. around, we are very blessed to have him help with our deer.
