The devil is behind the counter and her makers are behind the doors. Run, don’t walk away ! If you do not present them a blank check, they will let your animal die. Plain and simple. This clinic has a well deserved reputation for substandard care. While Dr Linner is a wonderful vet, the process of making that appointment and the abuse you experience from the front desk staff is hard. We have put up with it for some time now but we now go to a different vet where we are treated very respectfully and it’s a nice change. Honestly the bad attitudes their employees have aren’t worth it.
Will never go here again. I took my week old kitten that I had been bottle feeding here to try to get back in track. She needed fluids and was slightly constipated. She had also deteriorated in her eating due to these problems. I know how things can go with these little ones at this age. I had previously had her at an emergency vet for fluids and he didn't want to do any kind if insertion due to fear of perforation of her bowels which I agreed with.
