My son moved into this park when it first opened. He was told that the road would be blacktoped in the near future. Hes been in there for over 3 year and it has gone down hill ever since. You could damage yor car if you fell into the potholes. Its really bad. Lawyers own the park so they just collect the money anf to hell with you.
My son moved into this park when it first opened. He was told that the road would be blacktoped in the near future. Hes been in there for over 3 year and it has gone down hill ever since. Do not move into this trailer park. The road is not paved. There are huge potholes. Largest is over 6 feet long and over a foot deep. Everytime we get plenty of rain, the sewage treatment plant backs up and we cannot flush our toilets,...sometimes for days. The owner of the trailer park is a lawyer. The trailer park was once a farmers field. The owner did not have the property properly graded and so there are plenty of low spots that retain water in peoples yards and in some places you can see where the crop rows once were.
