While I was informed about 1 other option to consider about my condition I felt very pushed-off and disregarded. The whole visit it seemed as though my concerns and wants were irrelevant, unimportant, and/or not a priority; why was I even there? Instead of rectifying my situation I left frustrated and out money for a visit I could have avoided.
I respect her job , sometimes when it's not so good news for the patient. I did call and leave a message with her scheduler , no call back from her.. that's the reason for the 4 star
I was seen immediately. Dr. Kang is great. Spends the time, listens and explains everything.
