3.5 stars, rounded down. I had an ottoman reupholstered, it turned out nice. The final charge was $50 more than agreed upon (because of a fabric shipping charge, which I get, but it should have been communicated). I was also supposed to receive a cleaning solution. After I contacted multiple times to try and pick up the solution and was brushed off, I've given up. I liked the final product, but these two issues has made the experience mediocre.
Phenomenal service and the reupholstery is perfection. I’ve had many pieces done over the years by various people and this guy is the best I’ve seen—and done quickly. Audrie went above and beyond to help me pick out fabric and was a delight to get to know.
The furniture, draperies, and accessories we have purchased from Audrie's is timeless and beautiful. We have had Audrie help with practically every room in our home over the years because she is such a talented designer. The quality and craftsmanship is unmatched; for example, the couches we had made for different rooms each has a different fabric and each still looks brand new. The accent pieces she chose for each room are perfect. Her eye for texture, color, and detail is incredible.
