My first appointment with Audrey Ulke went very well. She is very helpful and supportive as I have begun the Break The Cycle weight management plan. Audrey is helping me to understand what my relationship with food is positive. Understanding how I view food will lead to positive results in weight loss. Audrey is very kind and caring. Her support will help me be successful in longterm and lifestyle changes.
