Dr. Murray is great! She went above & beyond in my health care highly recommended!
I have been a patient of Dr Murray’s for over 15 years. I’ve always loved her. However this year I tried calling to schedule an annual appt with her and the office told me she has NO appointments available. I asked if that meant I had to find another doctor and they said yes. I asked if she’s still practicing and they said yes, she’s just booked for the next 4 months and they cannot schedule an appt beyond 4 months. If you’re looking to change your doctor/OBGYN to this office, KEEP LOOKING. Worst front desk ever. Emailed the required documents + got em faxed from current obgyn TWICE, yet everytime we called they didn’t receive anything or they’re missing this or that. Finally walked in there with my 30 weeks pregnant wife(she’s switching bc her female provider switched hospitals) to drop off the required files etc. A day later “doctor declined to take you on as a patient” we asked if there was any specific reason why, the answer we got ... read more
This was my primary ob during my pregnancy. I went through a terrible labor and delivery. I’m not done with her or the hospital. We’ll definitely see eachother again very soon legally! My baby could have died behind negligence of the northwell team. The day I went into labor I was actually supposed to go see her at the office. The office is less than 10 minutes from the hospital. I was in the hospital for 4 days not 1 time did she call, send a email or come check on me and my baby. Then tried to send a big bill to my insuran... read more
