Gave me a hard time with refilling medications. Have to go to 2 different specialists to get my meds refilled when my previous PCP did all of those during my visits. Scheduling is hard when you have to see her ASAP. need to go to the urgent care for urgent issues because they don’t have a slot when their office is always vacant and has no patients. Go somewhere else
Dr Sim has been my doctor for 20 years. I trust her so completely my whole family sees her. She’s professional thorough and compassionate.
put me ease immediately, actually sat down and asked me to tell her something about myself. NEVER has a doctor asked me that, she just wanted to get to know me before we dove into all the medical things. such a nice change from the typical 'in and out the door' that I've had in the past. highly recommend.
Dr. SIM is so very caring. She cares for my mom with such gentleness and patience. She is one of a very few doctor's that actually call you back to see how you are doing and if there is anything you need. I am so blessed to have her as my mom's physician. If you are caring for your children or your parents you couldn't get a better provider than Dr. SIM.

I'm moving out of state to Atlanta and love doctor Sim enough that i'm not sure if I'll find another doctor or just schedule visits with her when i'm back for holidays...Doctors who care are not easy to come by and I dont want to lose her!!!
Best PCP I've had. She listens, takes her time, answers all questions, and is very thorough.
