Doctor Audrey Gutierrez is by far one of the most genuinely caring doctors I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to take care of and listen to her patient’s health concerns if she doesn’t know the answer right away she will look it up and get back to you without fail her patients are not just a birthdate on the computer screen I always leave her office feeling as though she cares about my health and has my back I sing her praises to anyone who will listen
Dr. Audrey Gutierrez and her medical staff are a very professional team. My experiences have been very positive. Dr. Gutierrez shows genuine care in helping their patients be healthy, stay healthy and live healthy. The office has a respectable administrative system; efficient in scheduling appointments, sending appointment reminders and the waiting times are not long.
Not pleased w/my refills requested by me. Days go by & several calls from me. When I request referrals, I've requested office mail to me, but they insist I drive to pu (waste of my gas & time). I love Dr. Gutierrez
I want to start my review by saying that Dr. Gutierrez is an excellent healthcare provider and the main reason I continue visiting the clinic. However, the front desk staff are careless and unhelpful. They don’t make any effort to assist patients, and their bad attitudes make an already difficult experience worse. Patients often come in feeling unwell and should not have to deal with such negativity. Wow I am so disappointed 😞 I had never had a PCP due to the fact I had always been healthy. I first saw Dr. Rodriguez in February. She is professional and explains everything. I don't know if she is not aware of the issues. They never answer the phone never. I have to in person. Staff is not responsible for getting referrals and scheduling appointments for results.
