I have been going to the South Texas Health Clinic in Palmhurst for 3 years now. I am very satisfied with the attention and care Dr. Audrey Gutierrez gives me. She listens attentively to my concerns and questions. She takes her time to answer all my questions and explains thoroughly. Very caring doctor. Last but not least, her staff at the front desk are very welcoming, friendly and courteous. Waiting room area and restrooms are immaculate.
If you want some Dr. to just write you off and give you pills and send you on your way. & Never do a check-in to see how you are,,Then this place is not for you. Here, I always feel well, taken care of, and any questions that I might have have, already been answered before I even ask. They follow up with you after your appointment to see how you’re doing. Dr. Gutierrez is great but the Customer service staff is 0% Every single time I call I have to repeat call at least 3 times for someone to answer the phone. Staff needs to do a better job or get new staff. The clerk at the front woth blonde hair is extremely rude! Also Dr Gutierrez is Always absent on Mondays as well.
She is so dedicated to her patients and really cares for them and she is determined to give only the best possible care any doctor can give. I highly recommend her.
