I had such a positive experience! From the helpful ladies in the front office, to the intake nurse, and of course with Doctor Gutierrez. Everyone was very easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns and questions. So glad I made this my new primary care!
Dr. Gutierrez is very good as she listens to my concerns and has answers to help me that I can understand. So many Drs. these days do not posess these skills and seem to "brush off" concerns for geriatric patients.
Dr. Gutierrez took her time not only asking me questions but listening to me as well. Communication is key!
I feel genuinely heard and supported - Dr. G is attentive, caring, and understands my feelings/concerns. Her staff is amazing and helpful.
