Dr. Ellenwood is a blessing. Truly amazing, caring, and compassionate. She takes the time to listen and truly understand. Highly recommend to anyone in need.
awful experience, refused to give me proper examinations, then continued to diagnose me incorrectly. she is extremely rude, makes up stuff on the evaluation, super expensive and a waste of time if you are seeking treatment. I switched doctors, signed a consent to release form, and it was very challenging getting my medical records from her “she claimed i’m not her patient” even though i’ve seen her 4 times.
I cannot express enough how wonderful Dr. Ellenwood is with children. She has helped our girls and continues to be a beacon of light to them.
Even after I explained my insurance coverage, was told I was wrong so I paid in full. Then when my insurance paid in full ($160) my calls were not returned for my refund. In addition, no pre authorization can be done for the testing my daughter needs so I’d have to pay in full (900) wait for insurance to pay and then get another refund 🙄. Not a user friendly office for a family on a tight budget.
