I injured my foot and visited the Mt Auburn Hospital to find out if it was broken. They took x-rays and told me that I had no fracture, just a sprain. It wasn't healing well so I visited a foot doctor affiliated the hospital. She took her own x-ray, showed me the fracture in the x-ray image, and has been helping my foot get better. A bill arrived with Dr. Duva-Frissora's name on it (Schatzki Associates), so I presume that she is the one who misinterpreted the x-rays.
