I have been a patient of Dr. Morrill for many years and as long as I was healthy and only required the bare minimum yearly check up and most basic bloodwork, everything was fine. But once I actually needed care, none was provided. I would actually argue that harm has been caused. Without going into details of my own personal experiences, all I will say is that I am currently searching for a new primary care physician.
I've been seeing Dr Morrill for almost 10 years. I felt requiring 3 month visits for an SSRI that I'd been on for over 5 years before I saw her was overkill, but I went with the flow when I first saw her. During Covid she refilled all prescriptions without being seen for over a year.. until now. I called in my normal, non-narcotic mental health prescription and they refused to refill it without being seen. I had an appointment for one week later.
