I made an appointment with Audra's to try on wedding dresses. While I was impressed with the large room with a stage and couches that I would be using to show off the dresses, I was very unimpressed with the woman helping me. She was very unenthused and I didn't feel like she cared if I found my wedding dress with Audra's or not. She never complimented me or got excited about anything. We had a fantastic experience here. My son is going to prom for the first time and the woman that helped us made it very easy for us. We will definitely be back next year.
NO!!! DO NOT GO THERE!! My friend recently got married this summer and she had a HORRIBLE experience there. This one girl named Maggie ordered the WRONG color for her Bridesmaid dresses without permission! My friend did not even sign any of the paper work or turn it in yet. Then on top of that when she told them it was the wrong color they acted like it was her fault and did nothing about it. Do not go here! They are overpriced, and the customer service is horrible. I guess I didn't look like a million bucks, so they thought I should shop in the clearance section! I can get the same look, the same formal suits at one of the another stores with outstanding service and paid attention to me and not what I looked like. Did my whole wedding with the other store and it's not on St Joe!
Dated decor and horrific customer service.
NEVER GO BACK!! I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy! They successfully skrewed up every aspect of a wedding I was in this past weekend. Even got blood on the brides dress 2 days before the wedding and were not bending over backward to make it right. Staff were disrespectful to a bridesmaid about her dress fitting and the tuxes...total nightmare! maybe get a dress there but then RUN---far, far away!
They were AMAZING! Walked in 10 minutes before closing and they were more than happy to help me find the dress that I was looking for within my price range! Helpful, personable, and delightful to work with. They didn't give me the cold shoulder (like David's Bridal did....) when they found out that I wasn't going to drop an arm-and-a-leg on my dress!
The personal service is great, they truly help you find exactly what you were looking for! :)
