I’ve used these guys for everything from complete HVAC installs to maintenance/upkeep, and they’ve always been excellent. They respond quickly, are cost-effective, and always helpful in explaining what’s going on. It’s refreshing to work with a local company that truly values their customers.
Russell came out to our house this summer to make sure everything was on the up and up with our HVAC. He was very informative, personable and professional. We liked him so much that we wanted Audrain to do our heating and cooling for our addition we’re working on. The office could stand to work on their communication.
My A/C went down yesterday evening so called and left a message. Was called back first thing the next morning and was told a tech would be out that day. Received a call before noon that a technician was on his way. He was Super nice and he found the issue quickly and fixed it immediately. From the time he called to the time he had me back up and running was less than 20 minutes! He checked over my unit to make sure there were no more issues and also washed it off. My bill was reasonable. I highly recommend Audrain!
