Dr. Norris Jacob is the best physician I have ever come into contact with! She is so kind and smart, she answers all my questions, and never rushes me through appointments. Dr. Norris Jacob also communicates well in between appointments through the patient portal, and is quick to respond to my messages. I so appreciate everything she has done for me.
My heart gets so much Joy every time I see Doctor Norris. She delivered my Baby boy 3 yrs ago and I have received the best attention from her. The care and how Loving she is with me and how much she cares about how I feel is the best. Im scheduled to get a major surgery soon and trust her 100% with my life I know Im in good Hands. Dr. Norris and her team (major shout out to Angelica-an actual angel) saved my life. After ten years of medical gaslighting and abuse from Kaiser, I left. Dr. Norris was recommended to me. I don’t have enough words to describe my gratitude and appreciation towards Dr. Norris. She is truly a gift from God! She was very knowledgeable, gentle, and patient. Prior to begging my procedure she walked me through the whole care plan, and answered all questions that I had.
