I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Audra as a real estate agent. My personal experience with her showed a complete lack of responsibility and integrity — she abruptly left a shared living situation without paying her portion of the rent, leaving others to deal with the financial fallout. This level of unreliability and disregard for commitments raises serious concerns about her professionalism and trustworthiness in any business relationship.
Audra was great. Great communication, and helped every step of the way. She was a great advocate for our needs and was more interested in good service than just closing a sale.
I chose Audra to list my house because she had called me relentlessly after a failed listing with another agent. I took this as a sign of commitment. All in all we had a lot of difficulties closing on the house. We had the hurricanes come through and disrupt everything. Insurance issues with closing etc. Etc. Etc. Through it all Audra was able to get the deal done. Thank you for your hard work.
Audra went above and Beyond. If I could have given her more than five stars I surely would. Audra is not only the sweetest girl on earth, but she is a real go-getter. She never hesitates to go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need and Beyond. I recommend Audra to everyone. Thank you Audra for everything you did for us.
