I can't imagine a better realtor than Audra! She is extremely organized and on top of every detail of the process. She is great with communication, always available, and responds quickly. She goes above and beyond with referrals for contractors and cleaners to help with the move. She even helped us with a cleaner at the last minute on a home we bought with a different realtor! She is cheerful and respectful and just makes the whole process easy and fun. 5 stars for Audra!
I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Audra as a real estate agent. My personal experience with her showed a complete lack of responsibility and integrity — she abruptly left a shared living situation without paying her portion of the rent, leaving others to deal with the financial fallout. This level of unreliability and disregard for commitments raises serious concerns about her professionalism and trustworthiness in any business relationship.
Audra was great. Great communication, and helped every step of the way. She was a great advocate for our needs and was more interested in good service than just closing a sale.
