It would be great if this physician held to his appointment schedule. Continuously had a scheduled appointment “bumped” to the point where I just gave up trying to see him so can’t comment on whether he is good or bad. Never experienced an office staff so full of apathy. Could care less if a patients condition was serious or not. Most surgeons schedule surgeries on certain days and appointments only on days they are not available for surgery. I am proud to be an Optum patient but ashamed to be a former patient of Audley Osbourne. I do not consider him to be a doctor. He reprimanded me for being uncircumcised and told me I had a fungus and put me on Nystatin ointment which didn’t help my urination problems. His own colleague, Dr. Victoria Scott, repudiated him and said I don’t need a circumcision and don’t have a fungus. She told my problems likely stem from a urethral structure, likely either congenital or a complication of recurrent kidney stones in etiology.

The Optum medical group is a team of caring and dedicated professionals, equipped with state of the art technology, providing excellent care. Free parking, friendly staff a bonus.. I was privileged to see Doctor Osbourne, my Urology specialist. Dr Osbourne is brilliant, and committed in helping his patients not only recover and heal but also change life their habits for better to remain healthy and prevent recurrence. I highly recommend this office. .
