The service was not very good , they din’t guide well and their boats also weren’t maintained .
Went there today with my boy, they were very helpful and nice ! Thanks again ! 😅☺️ We hired two single canoes and rowed around for two hours ,heaps of fun and so peaceful! Definitely going again soon 😊
We had a very disappointing experience at Audley Boatshed. The customer service was terrible and the staff were rude. We all came together as a group, arriving at 2 PM — a busy time — and they still told us they were closing at 3 PM and asked why we hadn’t called first. This was extremely frustrating because we did try to call them weeks in advance and even sent emails, but nobody ever replied. This was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived as a group at 2 PM, ready to enjoy our time, only to be told they were closing at 3 PM and asked why we didn’t call — even though we had been calling for weeks and sending emails that nobody ever bothered to answer.
